Number 1 Sons is a brother-sister team making fermented foods and pickles. We use wild lactofermentation or Virginia apple cider vinegar to preserve our kimchis, pickles, krauts +++ more! Our kombucha is made with fine tea from Teaism. We make our foods at The Pickle Factory in Washington DC.

Number 1 Mom taught us that tasty food takes quality ingredients + the right amount of time and care. Since 2012, we’ve made Number 1 Mom proud with Number 1 Sons pickles + fermented foods.
